I have been taking a different brand of Resveratrol for about 2 months for hot flashes, but switched to these a few weeks ago. It works. I take 2 a day. In about 1 week my hot flashes were gone. Definitely worth the money!
So many good effects that I need. It lowers my blood pressure and it helps my brain to think and it lowers pain in my knees. I was shocked how fast it worked on my knees.
