Easy Return Process

STEP 1
Contact our customer service team to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We'll provide you with detailed return instructions and our returns form to complete.

STEP 2
Complete the returns form and pack your unopened item(s) with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

STEP 3
Ship your return to us using the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Missing or Damaged Items

Fast Resolution If you receive a damaged item or are missing something from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Quality Control All orders are carefully documented and weighed prior to shipping to ensure accuracy and prevent issues.

  • Returns require an RMA number and completed returns form to be processed

  • Only new, unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of order date

  • Opened products are not eligible for refunds

  • All damaged shipment claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery

  • Please note any package damage with the carrier at time of delivery when possible

  • Refused shipments are subject to 15% restocking fee plus return freight charges

  • To avoid fees: Cancel orders before they ship

  • Chargebacks will result in placement on our no-sell list

  • Only products from your most recent order are eligible for return
