All I can say is this stuff works, really well. My "O" feels so much stronger and for me it feels like it's a longer "O". I take two pills a day, 5 days a week. I don't take anything on the weekends b/c I think it's good to keep your body guessing. I always make sure I don't run out, that's how well it works for me.
