Used since ancient times by the indigenous people of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, Yerba Mate has sometimes been called 'the drink of the gods.' That's because it's packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants, and well-known for its energy and vitality-boosting properties. Many drink yerba mate in place of coffee, as it is believed to provide a clean, smooth boost of energy without giving you jitters or the dreaded 'crash' effect. It's said to fight mental and physical fatigue, to give focus and mental clarity all day long. Drinking yerba mate regularly can support digestive health and may promote regular bowel movements.
This crisp and grassy flavored tea contains high concentrations of catechins. Catechins are part of a group of compounds called polyphenols. Polyphenols act as powerful antioxidants which fight free radicals to keep your body strong and healthy. Sencha is said to support a healthy heart as well.

Falling somewhere between black and green tea in caffeine levels, oolong provides you with a solid amount of energy to get you through your day. Oolong contains a handful of flavonols and flavanols which help fight free radicals. Oolong may have some fat-reducing benefits as well, helping to improve the body's metabolism.
Spearmint has been used in holistic healing practices for centuries, praised for its soothing properties. Spearmint can help reduce nausea and settle an upset stomach. It may also contribute to maintaining a healthy digestive system in general.
These distinctly fragrant leaves provide a wide range of health benefits. Lemongrass is a great source of antioxidants. It can also help promote feelings of fullness and reduce appetite to prevent weight gain.
Also known as "mayflower," hawthorn is believed to yield many health benefits. Hawthorn can help reduce bloating by releasing water weight and creating a gentle flushing effect. It is used by some cultures to support a healthy heart. Some believe it can provide stress relief and improve mood.

Native to Northern Africa, Senna has been long used in herbal healing practices. It works as a natural, gentle cleansing agent, helping to flush out toxins and improve bowel movements. Senna can be a good agent for reducing bloating to get a slimmer stomach.
It seems to be helping. I've been in the bathroom consistently and uhh, cleanly while using the tea. No bloat! The taste and aroma are pretty nice, so that's a bonus!
Ok I really love this tea I'm really into detoxing but I never tried a tea detox before. What I love is that I didn't have to fast, because even though I like the idea of detoxing it's sooo hard to not eat, I always end up starving every day which is a very uncomfortable way to live. Slim Leaf was an amazing option to still get the benefits of a cleanse without having to starve myself. I feel a lot healthier after completing the 2 weeks, and my overly sensitive digestive system seems to be in better condition than before I started.
This tea is really good. It tastes great, it DEFINITELY works and it's super easy to incorporate into daily life. You aren't stuck home glued to the toilet or anything. It's actually pretty gentle for a cleanse. I've already ordered a couple of bags of it, I got some to give as a gifts to my mom and my sister because they're both really into detoxing. I was interested in doing a general health cleanse but more importantly I was looking for something that would help me out with losing some of this extra weight I've been carrying around. I've been sporting this spare tire around my stomach for the past couple of years and it's soo hard to get rid of. I tried to exercise and eat well but I guess it wasn't really enough. This tea definitely gave me the push I needed to push past the plateau and lose those extra couple of pounds. I still have another week left but I can already see it's making a difference. Definitely recommend it.
I love that this tea came in tea bags because I didn't have a steeper. Actually I'm pretty new to drinking tea, I was always a big coffee person. I just wanted to try some sort of cleanse to help regulate my bowel movements and flush out all the excess waste I had backed up. But believe it or not, the tea ended up giving me more energy than coffee ever did. Moreso in the sense that the energy was cleaner-feeling, if that makes sense Like smoother, not a big rush of energy and then a crash. I love it! Plus it definitely did the trick in the gastrointestinal cleansing sense. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an effective natural cleansing system that's still gentle on the body.
I'm only on day 8 of this detox, but I can see it's doing something. The first couple of days I didn't notice a HUGE difference but I am an experienced cleanser" I guess you could say... I just wanted to try something more natural and gentle this time. So I guess initially was expecting something more intense, but in the end I definitely prefer a gentler cleansing situation like I got with the tea. It's pretty easy on the stomach, I think the spearmint helps settle it. Overall pretty solid product.
