    I’m still trying Avinol tabs and quick dissolve. I have chronic insomnia and these sleep aids work sometimes but not always. They worked in the beginning but then stopped. I haven’t given up.

    Gently relaxes before falling asleep. Very good product

    Going to sleep is great. Most nights I wake after 4 or 5 hours. 6 hours would
    be sufficient. If you have any advise I would love it. I retire every night at
    the same time give or take 1/2 hour.
